More Body Beats

The body is a drum

More Body Beats takes the first workshop further, young people discover and observe different musical cultures that use the body as a percussion instrument. In groups, they are invited to take on rhythmic challenges and create a body percussion orchestra.

The body percussions approached are: Konnakol, Saman, rhythmic circle, batucada.

Target Audience: 3 to 12 years old
Length: 30-45-55 minutes 
Maximal number of participants: 16 to 20 childrenper group (30 children in school)
