General admission · Non-exchangeable and non-refundable tickets · You must collect at the box office your reserved tickets no later than fifteen (15) minutes before the start of the performance. Children 12 years old and under, not accompanied by an adult, will not be allowed in the concert hall. Latecomers will only be admitted at the appropriate time. Tickets for late-comers are neither exchangeable nor refundable. · For the respect of all, we ask you to respect the minimum age recommended for each representations. · All spectators entering our room, including children under 3 years of age, must have a ticket purchased at the box office (counter or online).
