Posted by jmc | August 14, 2023

Montreal, August 20, 2023 – On August 14th, the annual golf tournament of the JM Canada Foundation took place at the Royal Montreal Golf Club, a legendary course and host of the 2024 Presidents Cup. This fundraising event brought together around forty male and female players, all passionate about golf and music.

Under the honorary presidency of Mr. David Agnew, CEO of RBC Wealth Management – Canada, to whom the Foundation owes access to the Royal Montreal Golf Club, this year’s golf tournament raised almost $105,000.

The donations received will help the Foundation continue its actions and support JM Canada in fostering the spark of classical music for, by, and with young people.

The organizing committee took this opportunity to showcase the talent of the Duo Vivo artists. This duo, composed of violinists Roxanne Sicard and Richard Zheng, will go on tour with JM Canada during the 2023-2024 season.

The Foundation team thanks all those who participated in this sports day and extends gratitude to its sponsors and volunteers, without whom this event would have been impossible.
