JM Canada Foundation Awards $116,000 in Scholarships for 2024–2025

Montreal, Thursday, May 22, 2025 – The Jeunesses Musicales Canada Foundation  honoured 32 scholarship recipients at their annual Awards Ceremony held yesterday in Montreal on May 21. From among 75 applications received, the Foundation awarded a total of $116,000 to support the musical training and development of promising young artists. 

“This ceremony marks our commitment to excellence and the next generation of musicians in Canada. We are proud to support these artists who will be the stars of tomorrow,” said Véronique Desjardins, Executive Director of the JM Canada Foundation. 

Justine Ledoux, mezzo-soprano, accompanied by Jérôme de los Santos on piano, and Ben Diamond, classical guitar, provided the musical performances for the evening.
