Sébastien Côté

Instrument: Tenor Trombone

Sébastien Côté has loved hockey since the day he was born.  Last pick of the 2005 Montréal recreational league entry draft, he has firmly entrenched himself as the 2nd line center for the Green Team of the CHAMPS League (… there are only two lines on the team). Although he still has difficulty with precise passes, he is great at faceoffs and is a talented goal scorer whenever there is a loose puck in front of an empty net.   Having achieved his dream as a completely amateur hockey player, Sébastien was able to move onto his second career goal as an accomplished freelance trombonist in Montréal and throughout the rest of la Belle Province.  Currently Principal Trombone of the Trois-Rivières and Drummondville orchestras he also performs regularly in several other orchestras of the province including: Montréal Metropolitan Orchestra, Laval, Longueuil, and Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. Sébastien is a graduate of the Université de Montréal and the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal.  This rookie brings his excellent high range and good humour to the iTromboni team.
